I am not at all sure why I received this. A while ago I had a phone call from Crookhorn surgery to arrange a telephone consultation from a doctor who used (like many) to work out of Crookhorn - but I did not visit the surgery.
I've said this before - the review requests need to be quicker AND they need to list the date/time of the interaction/visit/appointment/phone call. If I'm going to be honest about service, I need to know what I'm shouting about.
As for the reason - It was for X-Ray results - two sets. Dr only wanted to talk about one - said was bat - but seemingly not a lot to be done. Bit of a shame when the problems between them keep me effectively housebound in the daytime, and keep me awake most of the night. Arrgghh.

The nurse who took blood for my test was very efficient & managed to complete the task without leaving a bruise in the crook of my arm. It was easy to access the blood test results on Systmonline & confirm that no further action was required on any of the results.

I have nothing bad to say about the charming nurse who took my blood pressure and blood test, however I am very disappointed to have to have the blood test done again as the early ones were either lost or corrupted. This means there will be no results for my yearly medical review in a week’s time. So while I rate my appointment with the nurse - excellent I find the ensuing journey of my blood test not what I would expect.

Very impressive
On time with appointment and very thorough in examination! Very understanding doctor who knew his way in describing my course of action in a very professional yet understandable dialogue! The only disappointment I have found is in booking an appointment as I work nights and only have the ability to book in the morning which means staying up or setting an alarm which I usually sleep through! Apart from that very impressive!

Your nurse, Erin, was excellent throughout the entire appointment. She listened and treated me with dignity and compassion. She went above and beyond what the appointment was related to, saving both the surgeries (I’m normally with Kingston Crescent) and myself a further visit to get bloods done. If you have a bonus scheme and/or a commendation system, I would like her to receive a huge thank you and a recommendation for her excellent manner.
