On arrival signed in, shortly after called in by pleasant nurse, explained what was to happen and results should be available the following day which they were available on NHS web site.

Trying to book a blood test
After being diagnosed with 3 separate cancers last year, my liver enzymes have been slowly increasing. They have now started to reach concerning levels, as per my last blood test. When I called to try and book a blood test I was unable to get past the call centre. I was told that if everyone who requested a blood test got one then they would be inundated. Consequently I have had to pay for a private blood test. Very, very poor all round.

My appointment was scheduled for 10.30hrs and at 10.30hrs I was called in to see the nurse for my injections. The nurse was informative and polite and the treatment was completed professionally and swiftly. An excellent experience. Thank You.

GP heart clinic
My GP was very good. I attend the heart failure clinic, QA consultant, attended St Thomas Hospital London and have had appointments with GP Surgery. GP's are very thorough and caring. I am treated with great respect and understanding at my grief at the death of my wife in January 2024 who I cared for until she died.
