I attended an appointment for a shingles injection and arrived early. I notified the receptionist that I was there. I was seen earlier than my appointment time and it was all done and dusted by the time of my actual appointment.

I found the experience highly professional and reassuring
The reception staff at Crookhorn surgery were extremely helpful and guided me to the appropriate waiting area for my blood tests to be undertaken.
I didn't have to wait very long and was greeted by a very cheerful,efficient healthcare professional.
The healthcare professional explained the procedure and what tests were being undertaken.She reassured me and proceded to take the blood samples efficiently and professionally and then explained how long it would be to get the results.
I found the experience highly professional and reassuring.

Very helpful
I went in for information regarding a Shingles Injection and was seen to immediately.
Also the receptionist was very helpful in arranging a link for Physiotherapy, really good service, I do have a problem with your booking service though, if I'm at the surgery and I wish to see the doctor, I am told I cannot make a booking and have to phone in, surely it must be easier and better to just book there and then as you must have access via computer.
