Blood test

Very professional and friendly practitioner BUT follow up by GP another matter. I think it is absolutely unacceptable that the day after my blood test I was sent a text message saying that a GP had reviewed my blood test results and a prescription had been sent to my regular pharmacy. That was all the text said with no explanation of what the test results showed, what the medication was or why it was issued. I had to ask the pharmacy what the medication was for. I have no idea if this is an ongoing problem, whether it is a serious issue, whether regular blood tests will be required, and of course, no opportunity to ask questions. I am a living being and do not appreciate being treated in such an 'off hand' way. I think at least a phone call should have been made to inform me know what is going on with my health.

Perfect--Arrived on time, was seen on time. The nurse who dealt with me was very pleasant.
The overall experience was very pleasant, if a blood test can ever be classed as pleasant.

MMR injection

Arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment, logged in, proceeded to nurses area, greeted by nurse proceeded to office / room. Injection completed, proceeded from surgery. Satisfied with service.

Appointment with the practice nurse

I had an appointment with the practice nurse who was informative about the treatment I received, she explained what would happen as a follow up. I found her to be a very pleasant person who was willing and able to answer all my questions.
