I thought the doctor didn’t listen just read the E consult prescribed and out door. I changed doctors as I had heard positive comments but when I was asked to fill in the E consult there was no section for tiredness and I was told to fill in under headache which was mild so very disappointed.

Thank you for your comments. When you complete an eConsult the information you provide , it what is used to provide a response, along with reviewing your medical records. There is a specific eConsult available for tiredness and where possible the specific form should be completed, to ensure that all the relevant information is provided.

Thank you for your feedback. We must have doctors on site, however they may well be booked up or supervising staff to expand our capacity. Whilst we do endeavour to book patients at their registered site, you have the option of other sites too. We are currently reviewing our appointments system and hoping to release appointments more than 24 hours ahead as we recognise this causes frustrations and the rationale for this being originally being put in place by the government during the pandemic has changed. This is something we will advertise on our website and social media so please do watch this space!

I had a nurse appointment to review a blood clot in my leg. The nurse called a doctor in to double check. The gp took time to talk about the situation and to answer questions. I left the surgery feeling very satisfied.

Thank you for your feedback. Although patients would often prefer a face to face appointment, a telephone appointment in most instances provides the same outcome and is what is needed. Where a face to face is required we ensure those appointments are arranged.

What a surprise, got through to surgery, got call back. Got appointment but had to wait a few days. Suddenly got call to ask if I could go up to see GP. Wonderful. I have had a referral to hospital and QA have phoned me with date. I felt really ill so was really glad. Thank you.
