As,usual excellent treatment and kindness from all the staff at Crookhorn Surgery. I saw the Dr about fainting, she was marvellous and really made me feel better. The receptionist ladies are always kind and caring. It is such a difficukt job to do working in healthcare but we do appreciate your hard work and kindness

Thank you for your feedback. Having one medication held back does not generally mean that all will be. Generally if medication is held, either it has been ordered too early or a review is required prior to issue.

Neither good nor poor
Problem with ears.
I arrived for my appointment in good time and only kept waiting for around 15 minutes from my original appointment slot, so all in all, I was satisfied with the time scale. Having met and discussed my ear problem with the G.P / Doctor, Medication was prescribed and collected from the pharmacy. Very pleased with the service.

PSA Blood Test
I was scheduled for my annual blood test (requested by the pharmacy). It didn't include a PSA test. So decided to put in a request on ANIMA for the PSA test, requesting it to be added to the up-coming annual test. On the same day I had a text from Dr N Begum to say it had been added. Excerllent Service.
