Physiotherapy
Have started coming here rather than the QA Hospital as it’s easier (and free) to park. Have been seeing Tim Barton for Physio following a car accident. Have never had to deal with reception staff as Tim has always come out to meet me in reception. Nothing negative at all about my visit, Tim is a credit to his profession and the NHS. Incredibly nice man, easy to talk to, explains things thoroughly each time I visit and has helped me a lot with exercises to manage my pain.

Asthma review with respiratory nurse
I was asked how I was getting on with my Asthma inhalers, I told her I had just in the last few days got a cough. She suggested I increase my Fostair inhaler to 2 doses which I have done.

I cannot recommend them enough
I hurt my leg in December and have had twice weekly dressings since and my final one was last Friday. In that time I have seen 4 or 5 different nurses and I have to say they have all been terrific and always with a smile. I cannot recommend them enough.

I've had an ongoing issue with heartburn for as long as I can remember, the GP has always been aware of this and I have been pushed away with medication for years, it's now got to the point where I can't eat, can't sleep, am loosing weight and had to call 111 as I believed I was having a heart attack and STILL the GP has made absolutely no effort to even try and investigate or diagnose the issue, instead I've been given even more medication despite the fact I was happy with my current dosage and I already explained time and time again to countless doctors that I believe this to be more then heartburn because of the immense pain I was in and still am in. I have felt patronised and made to feel stupid every single time I have got in contact with the doctors . It's affecting my work life and my home life due to the pain and no one seems to care so I'm not really sure why we even have a GP if I can't even come to them for help.

Very good service
I arrived 5 mins early and booked in on the console, hand sanitsers was blocked up but did manage to get enough! Waited 10 mins and was seen by the nurse for my B2 injection, all administered OK and the nurse, although unable to answer all my questions, suggested making an appointment with the Dr in next 2 weeks for further information which although helpful in one way, almost impossible to do at this moment in time!

Stitches removed after spinal fracture
From start to finish I was very much cared for. A phone call from doctors to confirm I was still coming because of the storm, arrangements made for access to carpark so I did not have to walk too far. The stitches were removed expertly and pain free by the nurse Victoria. I was not rushed and given time to remove upper clothes and redress. I am very grateful for the care given by Crookhorn surgery.
