I never had any problems getting appointments for my son however he was poorly with a cold for over 6 weeks and I brought him in 3 times and each time I was told it was viral, I ended up taking him to hospital where he was on iv antibiotics for 5 days and oral for another 4 as it wasn't viral it was on his lungs which was found on a chest X-ray that is disgusting as he at the time wasn't even 2 years old and could have been more serious had I not taken him to hospital!

The nurse was friendly, efficient, checked name and DOB, made me feel comfortable and took my blood without any pain at all. All in all a thoroughly professional and enjoyable experience. Thank you.

Removal of clips from knee

The nurse, Erin, was very efficient in removing the 34 clips from the wound, which resulted from my full knee replacement surgery on my right leg. Erin was very gentle and made the whole process surprisingly painless.

Asthma review.

I was very happy with my recent asthma review at the Crookhorn surgery. Wendy was very friendly and thorough talking me through using the diagnostic equipment. Not only did we discuss my asthma Wendy thought my symptoms flagged up a different problem. She got me a sample pot and printed off the accompanying paperwork. Wendy also did a prescription for a peak flow, so I can check for myself at home.
