Many thanks for the feedback. Whilst we do operate a predominantly 'phone first' approach - we do keep capacity for those who need to be seen face to face to be booked in promptly. you can access routine support online at 7pm and also through eConsult, which we recommend to look out for earlier in the morning/day.

B12 Injection

Only waited a few minutes, Nurse was very nice and professional. The injection was painless. Though feel 3 months for me is too long, 7/8 weeks and I start to feel very tired again.

Thank you for the positive review. If you do consider you need to reduce the time between injections please either book a routine telecon (online at 7pm or over phone at 10am) or put an eConsult in to the practice. Please note that due to demand vs capacity we do cap our eConsults and therefore the morning is often the 'better' time to access this digital service.

Appointment

It’s very hard to see a doctor and the e consult just doesn’t seem to work. I raised an econsult a while ago which resulted in me having a blood test. The results of the test have come back but the econsult has been closed. I was asked to raise another one which I did and referenced the first one. However, I have been asked to do it again with full details and not just reference the first one. It takes half an hour or so to do this and I just don’t have the time to keep repeating it.

Flu vaccination

Went for a Flu vaccination. The screen based sign in was a bit of a surprise. Easy enough to do though. Got called through quicker than expected. Got the jab. Everyone was friendly and polite.

Thanks for the 5 star rating. We are currently still offering an on the day service for 'urgent' and 'routine' medical issues. You can log in online at 7pm daily to look ahead to the next working day too, if that is more convenient.
