It was two difficult appointments because medic was unable to get blood.
Medics were very kind and did their best; the second appt was success.

Flu Vaccination

My appointment was for a routine annual Flu Vaccination.
Checked in using the touch screen in reception and was seen within 5 minutes.
Very quick appointment with no issues or concerns.

Nurse

I went to see a nurse to have a sensitive procedure. The nurse was very professional, friendly and made me feel relaxed. I couldn’t ask for better treatment.

Taking Blood.

I recently had to have a blood test. I put my details in the appropriate log in as you go in to the Surgery. I was told there was one other person before me. I sat down to wait. The other person was called in. It wasn't long before my name was called. The Nurse was very friendly. She asked if I minded another person in there watching and learning. My blood came out quickly and cottonwool and tape was put on my arm and I was told if I didn't hear anything in 5 days time then that is good news.

Friendly, helpful and professional

On checking date I had arrived a week early for flu jab appointment. As I had traveled a fair way to surgery I asked the receptionist if there was any chance of squeezing me in for jab.
Fortunately they were able to accommodate my request.
All staff I encountered were very friendly, helpful and professional.

We are sorry that you felt rushed during your appointment, however it should be one issue per appointment, and the clinician will advise a further appointment is required if there is not enough time to cover everything you need to discuss. You can request a double appointment if you are aware that you need to discuss a few issues.
