Booking process was quick and easy. I was able to choose my time and location (very convenient). Staff were lovely and once I was seated in the correct area, I was seen quickly and sent on my way. Thank you all!

Attended for flu vaccination after being called to book a time slot. Arrived early as last year we had to queue round the car park!
Walked straight in this time, shown to room and vaccine done quickly and efficiently. Was back outside within two minutes!

How lovely to be invited back to the surgery after so long. Hardly anything had changed, still the same old decor and NHS smell and ambiance.
I did notice that most of the waiting room chairs had vanished, maybe they got fed up of waiting (?).
No sooner had we arrived than we were ushered into a treatment room, ID confirmed, jab received and swiftly found ourselves blinking in the autumnal sunshine of the almost empty car park.
Such fun!

Excellent service, both of us arrived appointments 5 mins. apart. When we arrived, we logged into the system. Within minutes were called through. It was all over in under 5 minutes and all done with a smile. Thank you.

Appointments
It is all down to your appointment system, it seems you can only see a doctor face to face for an emergency appointment only, even when the doctor asks you to come back and see them you cannot book straight away and when you do get an appointment it over the telephone. I think your system is all wrong, I work in the NHS at a dental practice and we have to see our patients face to face. Thank you.

Thank you for your feedback. All your appointments are triaged first and then a decision is made whether a face to face appointment is needed, a lot of appointments can be carried out over the telephone without a need for a face to face appointment.
