Without the NHS app on my mobile phone I might still be trying to book my flu jab with the surgery. Despite several attempts I could not get through by phone to book it, nor did I receive a reminder, despite being asthmatic & classed as vulnerable. How on earth do those without the app manage, I wonder?

I am one of those difficult patients to get blood from. However great patience was shown and the job was done. Nurse was very polite and friendly and put me at ease immediately. My blood pressure was unexpectedly taken as well and that was acceptable, bonus! Left feeling very satisfied.

My husband had to attend for a blood test and whilst there was invited to have the flu vaccination which he did. He then mentioned that I was in the car outside, so the Nurse said send her in and she can be vaccinated too.

I had a blood test. Nurse was really nice talking to me and making me feel comfortable. Other than that problems with getting to see or speak to a doctor. It's a nightmare. Some reception staff are rude. Have been told if I'm not happy then leave. I'm seriously considering that. Thing's at Crookhorn surgery needs to change dramatically.

My appointment was for a B12 injection. I was seen on time. The staff were very pleasant and the surgery calm, clean and inviting. The availability of hand sanitiser and the way the surgery is laid out was very reassuring especially in the present Covid circumstances. I have no hesitation in attending the surgery and feel safe when attending.
