They are very friendly and helpful.

Appointment more or less on time. Very efficient and pleasant staff member. Helpful with her information.

I was greeted by a nurse who welcomed me and put me at ease before carrying out the procedure efficiently before checking I was OK and allowing me to leave. It was all carried out with no long waiting period.

First visit to this practice. A pleasant enough experience for someone like me who doesn’t enjoy these things! A 9 a.m appointment, back in the car at 9:09!! That is service!!

Had appointment with nurse. They are excellent with their jobs, can't say much about other services as you can't get passed receptionists.

Request paperwork from SH not acceptable on its own, it needed to be accompanied by Crookhorn Surgery document(bar code verification). Unfortunately, no clinician was indicated on CS form. Expected results were expected to be visible on your System by 28/06. When nothing appeared by30/06 I went to CS where a very helpful receptionist after much effort gave me a printout copy of the results. My concern is that because no clinician indicated the results are unlikely to be reviewed at CS or be available on your system.

Crookhorn Surgery is a little further from home but it does have parking and from my own experience it's a good practice. I visited recently for fasting blood test, it was quick efficient and a pleasant experience.

Spoke with nurse, or member of staff at Crookhorn Surgery asked me about ongoing medication, i.e."Ensure Inhaler" and "Ventolin Evohaler" after I filled in an online questionnaire about my health, and breathing problems.
The person I spoke with was very helpful, texting me, and sending email's about how to re-order both items when needed.
The lady, or nurse I spoke with has made a follow up pnone call appointment with me on 21st July to see how things are going, and if I need further assistance, couldn't ask for better service, found her to be very helpful.

Friendly and good service.

As always very professional and friendly.

Everything was perfect and ran on time and the nurse asked if I had any questions and I have no complaints.

As usual the medical staff were very professional and friendly with nothing being too much trouble. It's a shame the same cannot be said about some of the front of house/administrative staff.

The nurses were very good and took care to explain to me what was happening to my leg.

I have had a 40 health check, my first "MOT" and I was happy how it went, I had few questions and the nurse was helpful.

This was my first visit to Crookhorn surgery for a pneumonia vaccination the process was very easy from self check-in and blood pressure check. I don’t think I was there for more than 5 minutes.

The procedure was carried out quickly, efficiently courteously.

With severe wrist pain on May 12th waited on the phone for over 45 minutes before speaking to Triage. Was called back 4 hours later. Got an appointment but not a Crookhorn. Saw a nurse practicioner at Cosham Park House who said he arranged a referral to X-ray but was unable to say where this would be done. On June 17 still had not had an appointment, so phoned again. Was told to phone QA and St Mary's X-ray departments myself and got a physio appointment, again at Cosham. Was told there that referral had been done but unknown to where. Phoned QA outpatients who said they did not deal with X-ray and suggested contacting surgery. Phoned both QA X-ray and St.Mary's. Neither had any record of a referral. Tried to phone surgery enquiry line. Got the "we are currently experiencing......" message. Phoned again later: "The surgery is now closed for training". Spent another hour today phoning the surgery, they referred us back to St.Mary's. St Mary's thought it might have gone to Oak Park. Oak Park said they had no record of it and suggested we contact - who? The Surgery!

Found staff efficient and pleasant. Have to have frequent bloods taken and normally this is done in hospital but have found surgery nurses very capable and professional

Carried out as expected and on time. No subsequent treatment so far.
