I had a smear test on the 18th March and nurse Ruth was brilliant. She explained everything so patiently, she addressed all of my questions with utmost respect, she is totally approachable and made me feel very safe, which is invaluable. A big thank you!!

Blood test.

We saw Dr Reinecke this morning and he was so kind and helpful. A huge thank you to him for his continued hard work at the surgery to support patients. We were also very lucky to be able to book to have a blood test shortly after this appointment and saw Ruth who again was so friendly and helpful. A huge thank you to both for their continued care.

Great staff and procedure - bloods

Nurse always friendly, as usual, was great with my 3 year old having his injections. Put both him and myself at ease

I have painful knees, hip, arthritis, shoulders, tendonitis. It is all in my history. The doctor wasn't interesting in it. X ray results are in my history

When arriving at the surgery, my appointment didn’t show on the screen. I enquired at reception and was told that the physio appointment was taking place at Dover Health Centre and that I had been sent a message about this in the morning. I had not received this message. I then had to rush to the Health Centre to make it in time for the appointment. There, I waited over 40 minutes and the receptionist could not give any details about my appointment. I was told to contact the surgery by phone but couldn’t get through. Eventually, the physiotherapist saw me, not realising that I had been waiting all this time. During the appointment, whilst the physio tried to tie in what I was saying with what he saw on his screen, it became clear that there had been a mix up with someone sharing the same name. The whole experience has been very stressful.

I’ve had several telephone consultations with your pharmacist in connection with reducing and stopping my medication Sertraline. I originally tried to make an appointment ( about 18 months ago) after my marriage breakdown. Unfortunately, I was unable to get an appointment when I needed one. I was finally offered a telephone consultation with an out of hours GP. My experience was far from positive. He suggested the dosage of Sertraline was doubled and I agreed. I felt I had no other option. Over the next couple of days I decided that wasn’t the best option for me. I called the surgery and the receptionist I spoke to seemed much more caring. She advised me that I may receive a call to discuss my medication. A couple of days later I received a call from your pharmacist. He was so empathetic. He listened and I felt he had my best interests. This was so much better than my experience with the GP and I told the pharmacist. Since then he has conducted several telephone reviews with me and he has also been so helpful and understanding. I think his name is Svan ( sorry about the spelling ! )

My appointment was on time and the nurse was efficient and explained everything to me.

Had an appointment with the nurse for a test on my legs. Nurse Fiona was very good

The GP phoned at arranged time and after a couple of questions was able to provide the information I was waiting for. Very polite and also able to quickly help with another matter.

Had to wait a while to see the doctor but it was very busy that day. Surgery is well organised and doctor i saw was very good and patient
