Response to anima request

An appointment was offered with little delay.
A wait in surgery of about 20 minutes was not a problem.
Doctor was very thorough and understood my problem. Tests were arranged and medication sent to my local pharmacy.
I was very satisfied.

St James' Surgery - Impossible to book

Poor, tried to book through nhs app & my gp, can’t. Tried to call told to do it online. Done it online and they rejected my appointment request.

Quick appointment with Nurse Practitioner

Finally got to see a NP, who could prescribe to address infection/eczema flare up on face, having previously been told go to pharmacy (who only gave an emollient and was reluctant to help due face). The nurse was knowledgeable, helpful and supportive.

Excellent Service

My appointment was dead on time, no delay. I had a blood test and an injection. Both were carried out without a hitch by the nurse. Everthing was done professionally and with a polite and friendly manner.
