Really fast physio appointment
I contacted St James surgery through the Anima maze to request physio referral, expecting the usual consultation then 3 month wait for the appointment. To my surprise I was offered an appointment with the onsite physio for 2 weeks time. Brilliant!

Discussing test results and medication
Unfortunately contact with the surgery for appointments or test results has gone downhill.
But the phone call from Dr Forbes was excellent. I gained so much information from a single call and I’m extremely grateful to Dr Forbes for her help and expertise which also put my mind at rest for something that had been concerning me! Thank you very much indeed.

Uneducated doctors
I asked to be prescribed different medication to help with my period pain as I've been on the same one for years and it hasn't been working. And my doctor only recommended the same one and said he didn't know what else to prescribe me. (Literally anything other than the one that does not work for me anymore)

I completed an e consult for a potential chest infection and also noted that I would like to speak to a doctor about some counselling. I got a text to send me to Urgent treatment. My request for counselling was completely dismissed. What has the world come to when you ask for help and it’s ignored
