Mismanaged
The doctor rang me in a timely manner to the appointment time, but I was very dismayed to find I had been given the wrong results to my blood tests repeatedly even though I myself had been questioning the results, my life insurance company was also questioning the results I was given, the right results and medication to help my problem, I am very disappointed as the medication I needed could have been started 10 months ago when I first came to the surgery with the problem.

My Dr did not seem bothered
I went to see a Dr, I’m not too sure of his name, I had this appointment for mouth ulcers, not once did he look at my ulcer.
He also answered a phone call during my appointment which I thought was so unprofessional. He was not very talkative and to be honest I felt like he didn’t know what he was doing, I came away from the appointment more clueless about my ulcers than I was in the first place.
I’m not sure if he is a regular dr at the surgery, but if he is then I would strongly suggest you look into how he is dealing with patients!

Very helpful and attentive
My telephone appointment was on time, not rushed at all and thorough. The Dr actively listened to me, asked me relevant questions and used my name which made me feel supported. As a first time user of the Anima system, I found it helpful and easy to use.

Telephone Enquiry
Very good service once I managed to contact the surgery receptionist. I tried to use the email address that I used previously but received an automatic reply stating it could not be used. The e consult process does not have an option for general enquiry, only geared to obtaining appointments.
