I think I was seen by a doctor that isnt usually at this surgery and although he checked me over thoroughly I felt I came away with no answers. He upped the medication I was already taking but said he didn't know what was causing the severe pain in my head (not a headache).

Got an appointment quickly and a check in with the physio therapist, misheard the call for the appointment, it was a phone one but I turned up instead, my mistake but they changed to see the gp directly anyway

NHS COVID Booster
This session was organised very well. I was able to book an appointment quickly, with no problem. I received reminders, which I find particularly helpful. I was met and received my COVID vaccination on time. I found all staff to be friendly, helpful and professional throughout. Excellent service. Thank you NHS.

Doctor was very good, unfortunately the doctor was a stand in and my appointment was at three but he walked into the surgery at quarter past three, not sure if he was unaware that he had appointments at three, by the time I got to be seen there was quite a few patients waiting to be seen, but got to say on the positive side that he was a very good doctor.
