Booked in, a few minutes later the nurse came and took me to her. She was very professional, very chatty, gave me the jab, all done and finished in minutes.

Flu vaccination

Our first visit to St James Street Surgery after changing doctors, and what a pleasant surprise to discover how efficient and well managed the system with probably 20 people waiting for their jabs. Smiling faces greeted us on arrival. If this is anything to go by, we are glad we changed practices. 10/10
