All went really well

I was greeted warmly. I was asked to wait until I was called. Called, went in and was told by the nurse the information required before the injection. All done, I said thank you and left. I then asked the receptionist for a blood test some 4 weeks hence. As it was the first day of the anima system it took a little time to access the relevant date and information. But it was all good.

The nurse was so polite and welcoming, and very gentle

Got a phone call to say appointment available 20mins.
Was very impressed as I don't normally go to doctors.

Parked the car and within 3 minutes I'd had my vaccination. Great service, very cordial.

We had appointments for flu jabs. Our nurse was prompt, polite and informative. Many thanks.

My husband and I attended the surgery for our Flu vaccine and the system in place meant we booked in and were called to see the nurse who was friendly and professional, had the injection and on our way, no delays, excellent service.

If I try to telephone, but it’s engaged, I can choose to have a callback. I did this today and was called very quickly.
Staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I am happy!

Getting an appointment to physically see a GP is near impossible. And then when you finally see the GP they shrug and say there's nothing they can do for you because the wait lists for psychiatrists and specialists are impossibly long. It's implied that unless I want to "jump off a cliff" (doctors ACTUAL words to someone struggling with their mental health), no one is going to help me. The only kindness I've ever received were from pharmacists and nurses and receptionists. Calling the surgery seems to be discouraged in favour of filling out an eConsult form within a tiny window of 8:00-8:15 in the morning Mon-Fri. I'm constantly unsure about the correct process to book an appointment. It's so overwhelming that I frankly just avoid it. I know there are some kind people in the NHS, but every doctor I have seen I believe is so stretched so thin that they're completely cold and apathetic. I don't blame them - they're probably so numb after seeing countless of miserable patients on a daily basis who are just as fed up with the whole system as I am. I'm losing all hope in ever getting the medical care I need. The NHS is basically a ghost. This more of a rant than a review, but there you go.
