St James' Surgery - My Experience

Reception called after 111 refered and were really helpful sorting an appointment with dr.
Dr did checks and told me he couldnt say I looked unwell. I Would not be visiting if well so this comment was not appreciated. Gave options to wait for tests or go to a and e with letter from dr. Glad chose a and e where got treatment needed for an infection.

The desk staff were polite as to the issue I had, saw a doctor within a week who I've never seen before, who was an absolute delight, great sense of humour, explained the issues I had, thus I understood what is needed going forward.

Had phone call from Dr Rynka bout my hypoglycemia low blood sugars which now are going up a little.
Lots of help from the diabetic team just have too eat little and often. Always have to make sure l carry glucose tablets with me just on case l go too low. Had all the advice from all at the Drs and their help has been amazing over the years. Thank you all.
