Waste of time
Just to give me a glorious health report after a blood test when I have still not even had appointment for an MRI and in considerable pain and almost housebound after 5 weeks is useless.

St James' Surgery
Have been with St James 20 years plus, always very helpful and efficient, even during covid only comment I would make is that toilet seat in ladies needs fixing. Before someone falls off and needs a doctor!!

The ideal GP practice
I changed GP and signed up with St James's not so long ago & I am forever thankful that I did. The practice is the most welcoming and reassuring that I have ever experienced. My health has hit a bit of an all time low recently and so I've had a fair few visits and procedures in the short time I've been signed up. From the Dr's to the nurses and (especially Fiona who has been nothing short of an absolute God send and angel in my opinion) to the charming and bright individuals at reception as well. The entire practice all seems to be singing from the same hymn sheet and that seems to be patient focus with an incomparable level of reassurance, professionalism and dedication. Exactly the priorities a patient would only dream of these days.
Excellence assured .. and I am deeply grateful for everybody at this surgery. Many many continued thanks.

Great experience all around. Got an appointment same day in the morning, and was impressed by how quickly I was seen but also that although nothing too untoward was identified, was booked in two weeks later for more tests just to be sure. Great balance of speed and efficiency but remaining thorough

Shwan has been absolutely wonderful over the past year. He's always incredibly helpful and makes you feel truly heard. I never feel rushed when speaking with him—he takes the time to listen and offer thoughtful, spot-on advice. His guidance around my medication and symptom management has made a real difference. I genuinely feel supported and cared for every time I speak with him.
