Dr was lovely, no concerns. But the new system for booking appointments is ridiculous - the wait for appointments is crazy, so have to get an emergency appointment on the day - it worked better when u had an amount of lunchtime appointments kept for later in the day, now u have to know before 8am that you will require an urgent appointment that day or go to walk in at hospital (not good for hospital wait times) - absolutely rubbish system in place now.

Walked into surgery, greeted with a smile, asked about a cholesterol check, no problem, appointment made for 2 weeks time.
Appointment kept, on time, nurse very efficient and pleasant. Results online 3 days later, can’t fault any of that, thank you.

GP appointment
The appointment was fine. However, the previous week, I tried and failed to get an e consult on three consecutive days and had to go to Buckland Hospital. I am a rare visitor to the surgery so don’t know how common this is. It was only with the help of your receptionist that I managed to get this face to face appointment which was necessary after my consultation at Buckland.

Face to face appointment
This is the first visit to see a doctor in quite a while so much so that the GP asked if I was a new patient! I have been with the surgery for 20+ years.
The GP appointment was on time and the consultation was very helpful and factual.
The GP was very nice and I didn’t feel rushed.
