Honestly the BEST GP surgery !
Honestly, St James Surgery is the best GP surgery I could have hoped for. It’s just the friendly and helpful nature of everyone there. It’s a breath of fresh air having moved from another surgery! Keep being fantastic!

Bladder promblem
Dr Rynaki was so helpful after my first appointment with him, explaining all about my ultrasound.
He said he would like me to see a consultant to rule out why l have a problem.
I have an appointment in July to see Consultant at the Spencer Hospital in Canterbury. So quick.
I did phone the secretary who does referrals. She was so nice and helpful to me as l could not open the link
Thank you again to Dr Ryaki and all the staff at the surgery for all their help

Entirely grateful for such amazing support
I've recently switched surgery to St James's, I've had some hectic, disastrous scenarios thanks to the neglect of my landlord, huge emotional turmoil aswell as obvious pysical concerns and St James's has litteraly been a life line, I am just sorry my 1st encounter with all the lovely people there has been with me at my absolute witts end !!

Emergency appointment
Was unable to attend the surgery, so the GP rang. Listened to the problem but as was unable to get out could not have investigations suggested. Unfortunately had to call an ambulance to be taken to an urgent care centre to be assessed there.

Blood test
I found Ms Kampestuen to be unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. When I tried to explain the situation to her she kept talking over me which was very annoying. All the other nurses I have dealt with have been excellent. I sincerely hope that this was an isolated incident and that the lady was just having a bad day, as we all do from time to time.

Lovely, informative doctor
I recently moved and so I have switched to this doctors surgery, the doctor I saw for my daughter's continual cough was the best I’ve seen yet. She was so informative and actually took the time to explain to me the potential causes and what we can do going forward to help my little girl. I am very happy with this surgery so far and feel happy my family has switched here. Lovely and clean practice and friendly reception staff too.

I don’t feel I am getting the care I need. Everything is blamed on diabetes and I feel it is more than that. I’m not your typical diabetes case. I’m not overweight and Crohn's gave me diabetes, not me over eating the wrong things. I’m taking Zapain tablets like sweets and they are not helping with my pain anymore. I made and waited 7 weeks for an appointment in the hope I could get more effective pain relief and an investigation or referral for the cause of my pain but no joy.
