Lovely friendly nurse
Booked in to see the nurse Ruth Nunn for a regular check up. She was so kind and helpful in relation to the questions I had about a change in my medications. Really put me at ease. Great asset to the surgery!

Telephone consultation

Kind, considerate and helpful
I have found the whole team at the surgery to be very helpful. They will always try and resolve any queries. The GPs never rush you and take the time to explain everything whilst supporting you as a human being not just a number.

Nurse was helpful and polite
The nurse was good, however she was not diabetic nurse and could not answer any questions I had, which was the purpose of my visit. Diabetic blood results have not been uploaded to the NHS app but this could be delayed due to bank holiday.

A friendly and helpful surgery
Initially it took about 6weeks to get an appointment with my named doctor. I found this difficult as a new patient. Having seen Dr Hill I was reassured, he was very helpful, explaining what problems I have in an open and friendly manner. The only problem I have is I am unable to access your online services having completed all the necessary paperwork and handed it to reception about two weeks ago. I’m waiting for them to let me know when I can start to use this service.

Best Blood Test Ever.
Always have trouble with blood tests and end up at the hospital. My husband recommended Fiona, and my goodness she was absolutely brilliant. Never felt a thing, top marks to Fiona, very professional, and kind, thank you.
