X-ray results
Dr didn’t even know why I was there, even though had a message to make urgent appointment for results of X-ray I had had. He put on prescription to rub cream on my shoulder twice a day when cream was for my feet, I asked him if he had my medical condition on record to which he knew nothing about, he clicked on his screen to look at it, and was looking at someone else's records

Dr Reinecke telephoned to report that a large cyst had been discovered during a scan.
He then kindly arranged for an urgent gynaecological appointment which has now been arranged for Wednesday 2nd April.

I was given an appointment really quickly and the receptionist was really friendly. However the GP said if I didn't take the antibiotics I would have a miscarriage. This upset me and the fact I tried to conceive for 16months before falling pregnant made me really nervous. I went on Google and asked people at my surgery where I work and was reassured this is incorrect medical advice. It can cause kidney issues where in rare instances, can cause fetal loss. It's not a given.
I was quite concerned regarding the GPs medical advice.

GP appointment
I am so pleased that myself and hubby decided to finally switch surgeries to St James' after being with our previous one for 13 years, as it just got worse and worse. I'm very happy so far with the surgery, all the staff, doctors and nurses. I was able to get the appointments that I needed, and felt listened to by all the staff members, especially the 2 GPs who I've seen so far. Hoping to continue our good partnership. Thank you.
