Very kind treatment by the nurse

I had to have a 24 hour blood pressure test. The nurse Gry was very kind, explaining & fitting the device & explaining the results aftrwards. Professional & thoughtful I felt involved and I fully understand the results. Thank you.

Appointment with the doctor

I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time. To find out it wasn’t in the appointment book. I had to wait 30 minutes to see the doctor which was much better than having to re-book. The doctor was fantastic, listened and advised in caring compassionate and professional manner that was easy to understand.

Telephone appointment

I had a telephone appointment booked for the morning but this didn’t happen, however, the doctor called me later in the afternoon left a voicemail and called back within the hour. Although I didn’t have my appointment at the set time, she still called me back. Usually other surgeries wouldn’t give a call back twice. Am happy that this happened and apologies were sent by the doctor.

Nurse appointment for blood test

The nurse was very professional and helpful. Since joining the surgery in January we have had excellent service
for all appointments and consultations. We are very impressed by the efficiency and support we have experienced from all staff we have met.
