Not the usual standard
I waited nearly an hour for not a good check, the appointment felt rushed and my concerns were dismissed. This year the appointments have been held by people in a rush and unwilling to listen

Very good, very efficient
As we were running late due to transport issues we were worried our appointment would be missed. Called the surgery to say we were on our way, arrived about 10 mins late but were told we would be ok.
Doctor Reinecke was very good, very efficient and dealt with our questions very professionally. Very happy with the result.

Very professional and kind nurse
I went to see The nurse Guy for a blood pressure review.
Recently I have started a new diet. She kindly took the time to explain to me what I need to eat, exercise etc.
Also, I had to have a blood test which was done very quickly, I hardly felt it.
She is very kind. Caring nurse, and made me feel very comfortable.
She is a big credit to your team.

Such A Cheerful GP!
The GP was really helpful and put my mind at rest that I need to take time to rest and recuperate post surgery. He took the time to speak with me and I didn’t feel rushed at all. I felt like he really valued my opinion and confirmed I needed to take the time to get better. I felt valued as an individual and felt he really understood my health needs.

Brilliant care as usual
I always find the service I get at this doctor’s is incredible. I have never had to fight for a doctor to listen to me. They are proactive, compared to a lot of GPs that are reactive and that makes a world of difference.

Booking was simple, via e-consult and I got a call back before 8am. The lady that called was excellent, polite, professional and keen to help. She found me a suitable slot despite my awkward availability.
