Follow up from health review

I had a health review due to my age by a third party provider. It was picked up at the review that there was a health concern that my GP needed to review. I received an invite very quickly to have a telephone consultation with a doctor. Booking system was easy to use with plenty of convenient times and days available. Telephone consultation was received around stated time chosen and the Dr was reassuring and gave good advice inviting me to follow up in 6 months. I have always been happy with the service provided at this surgery

I received a phone call following my heart failure review. The lady was extremely helpful and she was able to answer some questions for me. I really appreciated her help and I benefited from her knowledge. Very professional! Thank you very much.

Appointment to review test results

After recent concerns re chest pain and palpitations Dr Reinecke referred me for several tests following A&E visit. All referrals and tests were done very quickly and all staff at the surgery were easily available on the phone for queries and very helpful. Dr was very reassuring, professional and prescribed treatment promptly

F2F appointment with Dr Duncan

Dr Duncan was very thorough and professional and gave me a clear understanding of what treatment was needed. The ECG and blood tests were all done within 24 hours at the surgery and the recording of my BP readings will be sent back via a link provided by the doctor.

Phone consultation

Phone call was prompt and the Doctor was polite and pleasant & professional. He listened to my concerns and explained about the tablets and their side effects and was able to change the prescription to a much gentler medication to suit my condition. I felt less concerned and relieved after the phone call.

Quick response time

Requesting an appointment online was very easy. I received a call back quite quickly and an appointment was made for the next day. The Doctor was thorough but I am waiting to hear where I am being referred to.

Excellent practice

The practice has been very supportive and thorough with my current issues. I was referred for a chest X-ray, blood tests, nurse and consultant all within hours of my appointment. Very polite and professional staff, clean and tidy practice.
