Excellent GP and reception staff
I had been bumped off the surgery list but the receptionist was easily able to add me back on, with kindness and patience. The GP was able to easily order my meds over the phone and explain everything I needed to do efficiently and he made himself easily understood. He had a wonderful telephone manner.

I was seen on time. The doctor was very personable and professional. She answered my questions fully and I felt comfortable speaking with her.

Appointment showed doctor to be caring
Doctor Dunken was caring and listened well. It is difficult to keep explaining your concerns while Doctor is typing at the same time. Nevertheless Doctor did listen. Although this response did not help me I appreciated the Doctor saying she did not have enough expertise to prescribe a cream for my face. Doctor agreed to refer me to a dermatologist but without being able to say how long this may take. This is not the doctor's fault but it is still not helpful. Receptionist was exceptionally kind and treated all the patients without hurrying them and being really helpful. It was nice to see.

Nurse appointment
I was asked to send off a blood pressure reading, which I did and I was then contacted shortly after to make an appointment to see the nurse. I followed the link on the message and booked an appointment for the following week.
Nurse was lovely, I felt listened to and she booked me a follow up appointment for 4 weeks

Very good and the receptionist was very helpful
As I'm a diabetic, the nurse that I was seeing was very informative and was quite helpful as in the need to keep an eye on my medication and to be more positive in keeping my condition under control.

In my opinion, I found the doctor extremely rude, dismissive and didn’t help me with my issue at all, almost was like he just wanted to throw me off and wasn’t listening to what I had to say
