Routine doctor’s appointment.

Surgery has a welcoming atmosphere. I arrived early and was seen promptly. Dr Hill was very pleasant, informative and thorough, instilling me with confidence to be in his care.

Visit to nurse

Call system works well with update on placing in queue. Friendly receptionist both on the phone and in person. Nurse Dan was very thorough, put you at ease and explained everything. A very good experience all round!!

Easy to do after econsult form submitted. Glad that no requirement to attend the surgery needlessly. Previously saw Dr for an issue otherwise I would have requested to see Dr.

Helpful telephone appointment

My appointment was with a Doctor with whom I was unacquainted. He listened to my explanation of my problems and was sympathetic. He tried his best to help me by prescribing new medication for which I was grateful. Thank you.

Blood Test

The nurse was polite and courteous. She was very professional, explained everything she was going to do and made sure that I was happy to do so before doing anything. She was chatty in a way that put you at ease.
