I had to wait for over two months to see a doctor… when in 48 hrs after appointment with doctor and a referral to WHH, health issues confirmed and advice given.

The wait was too long

The doctor was very good. I am grateful to her. The only issue but I waited for more than 30 minutes.

Smear Test

Having a Smear Test is obviously something which ladies need to have done, however I am concerned to hear so many ladies avoid it.
I would like to say how Your nurse Ruth was so nice, caring and very respectful during my test.
It took 2 min for the examination to be done.
She made me feel very relaxed and at ease.
This simple procedure can save lives.
And is really nothing to worry about or afford having done.

Tablet review with Pharmacist. Telephone call..

I was a little unsure about not seeing a Doctor as my reason for making an appointment was due to an increase in anxiety & possibly depression.
Any concerns immediately melted away as I spoke via telephone call to the Pharmacist. He very much gave me time to explain & made me feel very at ease. He had much insight & knowledge (training) in mental well being and was thoroughly kind, caring, supportive & friendly.
I felt very well cared for & received great advice. I would highly recommend this service.
Many warm Thanks to this Pharmacist.

Physio

I was seen much quicker than waiting for a hospital appointment
The physio was good in that he took time to listen and examine my problem thoroughly before giving me suitable exercises and referring me for an MRI.

Travel vaccinations

I attended with my husband and son for travel vaccinations. This appointment was preceded by a phone call to discuss our trip and what was required. The nurse was knowledgeable and sensitive to our son’s difficulties with needles. We had a really positive experience, thank you.

Blood test

I was very surprised at how quickly I got an appointment for my blood tests. My appointment time was at 940 and was only a couple of minutes late, very friendly and helpful staff.
