Very reassuring

I was given an appointment within the day to examine a skin lesion which could result in skin cancer. It was very reassuring to be seen so quickly. Thank you for your prompt response.

My Experience

Haven’t even been to the doctors yet, you said you would send me a link to book my appointment that would suit me, a time and date, and the only appointment you could give me was the 3rd of July which is not good for me cause I don’t get paid while I’m off work

My Experience

Refused an appointment and was told to go an urgent treatment centre, when I don’t have an urgent condition. I contacted them and they told me I should be seen at my doctors and only come in if urgent - so have been left without treatment

Very impressed

The nurse Natalie was very helpful with everything I asked about. She has put me on a weight course through the NHS
Carried out a diabetes check; unable to get any blood out, even the vampire Fiona couldn't get any out
They arranged an NHS blood test so I didn't have to. They have booked me an appointment for my feet as well; very impressed with 2 ladies

Very supportive and reassuring

I had a medication review and the doctor gave me information I needed, listening actively and confirming my medication would be reviewed in another year, he was very supportive and reassuring at a time when I was struggling and the call to review was truly appreciated.
