First appointment at this surgery
This was my first appointment to see a doctor - Doctor Hill. In order to get this appointment, Aimee, the receptionist had been very supportive and was doing her best to help me with a persistent and resistant problem called Perioral dermatitis which I have had for 4 months. She exuded kindness and understanding. She listened and when an appointment was cancelled she asked for it to be offered to me. I was obviously really delighted but it was her kindness which was so uplifting regardless of me fortunately getting an appointment. Doctor Hill proved to be just as understanding and reassuring and helpful. This surgery was recommended by my friends and they were right. Obviously very pleased.

Appointment with nurse for chest infection
The nurse was thorough and patient. He made me feel comfortable and didn’t make me feel I was wasting his time, which in all honesty seems to be the case these days. He took time to listen and offered advice as well as meditation. I would say a valuable member of your team.

Question about medication
I phoned because I had been given another pain medication. When reading the patient leaflet it said to check with the GP or pharmacist. I was asked to call the pharmacist which I did & she said the new meds were ok but to have a blood test after a month.
