Chest infecton
Nurse practitioner listened to what I had to say and was thorough when undertaking subsequent checks. Their diagnosis was correct as my chest infection is clearing up.

Nurse giving Covid & Flu jabs
The nurse who came out to administer my Covid & Flu jabs put me at my ease straight away.
I don't like needles but to say she was good is an understatement as I didn't feel a thing & they were done on a Sunday.
Hats off to the lady.

Staple removal
I was greeted within my appointment time with good humour. The nurse was kind and thoughtful. She removed the staples one at a time, always asking if I was ok. When we got to the last 4 , two of them were together, so had to come out together. She asked if this was ok and only proceeded when I was ready. She explained everything as she went. I was totally relaxed. It was explained what I needed to do afterwards. I have not had any problems.

Such a helpful pharmacist
I had a rather unsatisfactory telephone consultation with an out of hours GP. My prescription was increased. After a few days I contacted the surgery to ask for my prescription to be reverted to the original dosage. A day or so later the pharmacist contacted me. He was extremely helpful, very understanding and spent some time in conversation with me. I felt reassured by this and much better equippd to cope with my unexpected change of circumstances..

Update from Pharmacist
I wasn't expecting a call, but your Pharmacist rang to confirm that my blood pressure is pk despite it being high when tested at the surgery. Put it down to 'white coat syndrome' but the call was reassuring and appreciated.
