I can always get a GP appointment when needed, if the problem isn’t resolved, I’m able to get a phone call with a GP easily to discuss, reception staff are helpful and polite, always happy with the service provided.

Nurse to dress a wound

Rang first thing in the morning - got an appointment by 9.30 - wound dressed and the prescription given - brilliant!

Great E consult service

Used the e consult service and was called back within a couple of hours. Face to face appointment made within a few days. Really good service, I can’t fault it.

Always happy with the service

I cannot fault St James Surgery, I always get good service. Sometimes you might have to wait a bit longer to see a female doctor, if my appointment was urgent then I would see who was available. Carry on doing what you're doing St James Surgery.

RSV Vacations

Nurse Ruth was excellent. She explained everything to me about this new vacation before giving me the Jab. Ruth was so kind and took her time explaining. I had no pain in my arm and felt really well.
Thank you so much to the surgery, everyone as always is just so helpful. Would like my husband to be able to have this jab when possible for the over eighties.

I did not have the vaccination as I’d already had it. However my records were reviewed to ensure that I was up to date on all my immunisations.

Telephone consultation with doctor

Early morning receptionist pleasant and helpful. Dr Hill had a pleasing manner, professional and efficient with ongoing treatment. Hope he is a permanent appointment at the practice.
