Dr Rynaki was excellent in explaining what I can do and have for my pain in my hands. Also asking me to review how the pain is in eight weeks and also to wear a splint at night to help with the numbness and pins and needles.

So kind and gentle

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Dan, the nurse practitioner who visited my mum to administer her Covid jab. He was so kind and gentle with her, putting her completely at ease throughout. His caring manner made all the difference. Thank you, Dan, for looking after her so well!

I wanted a follow-up appointment for the condition I am being treated for, only to be told to go to the UTC, which is not what I wanted to do. I phoned to tell them this, to be told it was probably because there were no appointments, the next appointment was the end of July! Which I now have to wait for.

My Experience

Whilst it was difficult to get an urgent appointment, (needed referral from urgent treatment centre for blood tests) and couldn't use Anima. Once I saw the G.P, I got a phlebotomy appointment the following day (thurs) and a text on Monday to say I needed more blood tests. I have just made a further phlebotomy appointment for Wednesday. Good service once I could access it. Thank You.
