FUV following tests

When you are asked to come into the surgery to see a doctor following tests and the first thing they say is I don't know why you are here. Then I have to explain I have been having tests, very unprofessional.

Receptionist with poor attitude

Attended with my elderly mother afternoon 12th September, this particular afternoon the Receptionist had a very poor attitude towards face to face patients. Computer work more important . Was challenged by a patient on this and a curt response given.
This is a shame because ALL other staff give outstanding patient care, including all reception staff.

Recent visit to surgery.

Receptionist friendly and welcoming. Saw a locum practice nurs (Mrs Warren/Warner I believe). Lovely lady, authoritative in her diagnosis, instilling confidence in her care. RSV vaccine nurse very pleasant and helpful. Both appointments on time.

Staples out after surgery

Saw the nurse to have my staples taken out after a knee replacement, lovely lady, made sure I was ok and what to check for with the wound going forward,

Doctors visit

Done an E request and got a phone call the following day and they got me to see a Doctor a day after that and was diagnosed with house maids knee, very good service.
