Extremely helpful and friendly

I was seen promptly, receptionist both on the phone and in person was warm and friendly. The overall experience was made much less stressful because of how I was treated.

Dopplar Test for veins in legs

The nurse Fiona was so kind and talked me through every test taking her time to explain everything she had done for me.
Such a lovely nurse who has a lovely personality that makes you feel special and has no trouble explaining all that she is doing. Even going that little bit further and putting my socks on for me. Also took the time to explain the cramps l am having at night and told me to try drinking tonic water to help.

We are very lucky and have an excellent surgery and very helpful staff we live in Deal & listening to my friend’s experiences with surgeries here, we will not be joining any of them Thank you

Had a booked appointment with the nurse. He was very helpful, gave thorough explanation for test and what he would do as follow up.

Brilliant service

Following a recent operation for a knee replacement I required further pain relief medication. I contacted reception whom I found most curtious. The arranged for a doctor to telephone me at a specific time and at that exact time the doctor forwarded a prescription to my pharmacy. I congratulated both reception and doctor for their brilliant service.
