E. Consult

From filling in the E. Consult to the surgery phoning me and then talking to the Doctor was so smoothly done. It's not the first time I have used E. Consult and it definitely won't be the last.

Excellent service as always

Rang the surgery at approximately 1100 and was offered appointment at 1615 same day for non urgent appt. Brilliant, couldn't have been better.

Ok experience

I asked to be booked in for bloods and swabs. The receptionist only booked me for bloods which means I had to come back for the swabs which was inconvenient.
Initially the nurse was a bit rude in the consultation when taking my bloods but was okay by the end of the appointment (as she couldn't read the form from the consultant).

Rude, dismissive and unhelpful

Doctor was belittling and dismissive, not interested in my history and/or symptoms and sent me to A&E with an unhelpful letter that left the staff at A&E confused and annoyed.

Disorganised and a waste of the GPs time

When I submitted a repeat prescription request, the surgery said a review of my regular medication was required. They said a GP would phone me. When the GP phoned she didn’t know why she was calling me and asked me how she could help. Once I had explained that she had requested to call me for a review she just said I needed a blood test and that I should ring reception for an appointment. What a waste of valuable GP time.

Efficient and very helpful HCA

Husband and I came for shingles vaccination, appointment on time, friendly, helpful, efficient HCA gave the vaccination and answered all our questions, even though some were not related to the subject in hand. Thank you.
