Just met this new Doctor for the first time.
A very nice addition to the St James Surgery. He was very thorough and took time to explain to me.
All l can say is our Drs and Nurses at the surgery are just so nice, also the reception staff. You all do a wonderful job considering the amount of patients you all have to see every day. Thank you all.

I saw Dr Smyrnov & he was very helpful. He sent a letter to the minor surgery for an appointment with the minor surgery department. I have contacted them & I should receive an appointment time & date in about 8 - 10 weeks time.

Very happy with service
Everyone was very helpful. The reception staff when booking the appointment over the phone were lovely, and was able to get my new daughter seen quickly and efficiently. The doctor she saw was adorable, I could tell that she really cared about keeping my daughter comfortable. And the nurse who did her jabs, made sure I was completely aware of the risks and got consent before touching her. And even remembered my older daughter from previous appointments.
