Annual coronary heart disease check up
Cheerful welcome from the gentleman on reception. Called through by nurse on time, no delay. Cheerful friendly nurse, explained procedures, checked blood pressure and took blood samples. As always very proficient.

Unfortunately on Friday we experienced a National IT issue which affected our clinical system. We were unable to view any appointments or view any patients records. This meant that for telephone appointments we could not view the patients telephone numbers. We do apologise that you were not called, please do contact us if you still require an appointment.

Follow up after blood tests

Dr Reinecke contacted the appropriate department at the William Harvey Hospital, Ashford, and I arrived there the same day. I was supposed to have surgery, but that was before a couple of more severe cases came in.

Reception staff helpful when booking appointment. Upon entry waiting room is welcoming, setup is good with smart new chairs. Appointment exactly on time and, as always, Dr Helwaerda (apologies for spelling!) was excellent. No wonder there is a waiting time to see her. Onward treatment booked efficiently by friendly receptionist.

Amazing GP
I spoke to Dr Holwerda about my fertility issues and she was so proactive and helpful. The other GP I spoke to about this issue wasn't invested but she really cared and I am happy she sorted my issue.
