Disappointing that had to wait for 2.5 weeks before an appointment being +80 years old and having had a cough for over 3 weeks and significant weight loss.
When I did get to see the doctor they were very good, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and had a good appointment.
Medication worked a treat.

To request a fit note
I had a telephone appointment which was made on time. The doctor I spoke to was very professional. He listened to what I had to say and acted accordingly. He also spoke to my son who the call was about and was very empathetic with him. I was very impressed.

Recent GP home visit
The Dr came prepared and informed via medical notes. She was personable and clearly understood our Father's situation. She was proactive and made constructive suggestions. She was thorough and gave of her time generously. On leaving the family were reassured and appreciative.

Appointment and prescription
The nurse I saw was very good and helpful, really thorough. She helped me request a change for my prescription. Unfortunately that was tainted by the fact that I never received a confirmation that my prescription had been sent to the pharmacy. As such, I had to ring twice to ensure that something had been done even though I was assured I would receive a message of confirmation.
