Visit to Nurse Practioner
I recently had an appointment on the day with Dan Partrige.
I had severe sinusitis. I had my views as to the best way he could help and he listened carefully. He treated my views seriously and with respect whilst patiently explaining why this might not be the best way forward. He recommended other approaches which I am pleased to say work and I would like to say thank you for his help.

Telephone appointment
Telephone appointment was good. I have recently been diagnosed with a very serious health condition and had questions and needed reassurance. I felt better able to cope after speaking with my doctor. My future is uncertain at the moment and keeping positive is vital. So this phone call was vital to me. It was informative, handled well.

I called the NHS help line as I banged my head. They arranged a callback on 7th June. You never called.
Before that I had a telephone consult with a male doctor. Not particularly impressed, didn't feel heard / listened to.
Before that - start of year - I saw a nurse who was really excellent. He was incredibly knowledgeable and informed

Yearly Medical
I have to have a yearly medical for my PSV license. From the time I was greeted at reception to the doctor giving my medical everything just ran smoothly. I like the way how they will help you with enquiries and everything is explained to you.

GP Visit, Short Notice
I was able to get an appointment by telephoning and speaking to the very helpful and polite Receptionist the following day. I was seen by Dr Reinecke at the appointment time and listened to me carefully re my issue. He clearly gave me good clear advice and agreed to order bloods from me. He did not rush me in the appointment. Parking was easy, waiting area was clean and tidy.
