St James' Surgery
Since I moved to Dover from Canterbury last April I have found St James the best in doctors' surgeries. The staff always seem happy which makes all the difference and my doctor, Mr Hill, to be excellent, thank you guys

Had a phone call from the doctor about my test results, explained everything to me thoroughly. All the doctors take their time to answer questions and never make you feel rushed.
Also the receptionists are always very friendly and helpful.

Dear patient,
We have a new system in place called Anima, our clinicians use this service to triage all requests. This system removes the Reception team from decision making and sets out key elements such as prioritisation. Your presenting symptoms will have been triaged based on priority. If you feel that you can wait 2 months or your symptoms get worse please do get in touch with us.

The wall sconces in the waiting room are too bright. The waiting room/reception area is open and you can hear EVERYTHING the receptionist is saying both to people present and on the phone. I have sensory issues. Appointment for a rash took 2 min. Efficient and underwhelming but all I needed today.
