Neither good nor poor
How many mistakes?
Since dealing with this surgery and moving to the area we have come up against problems. One of our family still isn't registered whilst the rest of us are and there has been no communication! The practice manager and its deputy are shocking. Our daughter was then ill and the nurse gave us different timeframes and left a child with no medication which we continually had to chase. They didn't call us with test results.

Blood test
My appt was with a practice nurse and was a good experience. I was seen on time and nurse was pleasant and efficient. She answered my questions clearly and was reassuring throughout.

Telephone discussion with pharmacist.
I actually didn't attend the surgery which is being suggested. My telephone discussion was with your designated pharmacist following my confirmation that I would be happy to be considered for cholesterol treatment. He went through a number of lifestyle questions before agreeing to prescribe medication which was to be followed up in twelve weeks with a blood test.

The reason was for a routine follow up from a recent x-ray and saved having to go to the surgery and gave someone else the opportunity to get an appointment.

I suffer with severe mental health, a number of different conditions, and all staff and Dr have been amazing in accommodating me and made me feel safe and secure, for that I’m truly grateful.

Appointment booked for one blood test and needed to book one next week for a different problem. Your very kind and caring nurse took both yesterday. I was amazed! The best surgery in Dover
My appointment with Dr Pia Hewet was excellent. She took the time to explain the results of my blood tests and made me feel l was not wasting her time as the surgery was so busy. The staff and nurses are just so nice. The whole of the practice is very efficient and always busy. Dr Pia and all the Doctors and staff are excellent. They are always helpful to myself and husband and always see us. Thank you all so much for all your kindness and support. We are so lucky to have the best surgery in Dover, thank you all as you all never stop being busy.

Blood test
The other day I had a blood test and it was discovered that I was close to having diabetes and I was asked to make another appointment for a fortnights time, this I did, the young lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and offered several dates and times (one of which I chose), later in the evening I discovered the appointment clashed with something else. The next day I rang to rebook and was met by the same willingness and helpfulness as before and given another appointment for the same day different time. What more could you ask, thank you.

An immediate appointment
Having a badly swollen foot after getting an insect bite on my leg, I was very grateful to get an immediate appointment with Dan Partridge. He was extremely helpful and informative and the antibiotics he prescribed have resolved the problem.

Blood pressure check
I was advised I needed a blood pressure check. I rang the surgery at 8.30am, was 2nd in the queue which quickly went to being answered, I was given an appointment with the nurse at 11.50am who was very professional and a lovely lady. After checking my blood pressure, she arranged for me to have a 24 hr monitor fitted and will go from there once results come through. Whole process was very good from my phone call to my appointment.
