Visited the nurse to have stitches removed.

The nurse was professional & efficient at removing the stitches & also caring in her manner, explaining what she was doing as she went along.

COPD review

I had my COPD review with two people as one was training, I was asked if this was ok at the start of the review which I thought was thoughtful and I didn’t mind at all. The review was thorough and I was offered some useful advice. Overall a good experience.

Appointment about Gender Identity Services

Dr Reinecke was very nice and understanding during the appointment. He wrote down all that I said and I believe he has sent a referral to one of the Gender Identity Clinics in London about me. He listened very well.

Phone consultation

I was given a 2 hour time window for phone consultation. But was contacted very quickly and the Doctor was very helpful he arranged for more blood test to help speed up my diagnosis when I saw the specialist. He was very friendly and helpful, very satisfied with everything.

Lack of interest

The male doctor's at this practice are dreadful, they seem uninterested and ask you what you want them to do rather than actually diagnose or advise.

The doctor had a really helpful attitude and was clearly interested in my well-being. I was impressed by how thorough he was and how clearly he articulated his thoughts about my symptoms and mapping out a way forward.

The female doctor gave me time, listened & very much cared for my current needs in a very supportive and caring way. I was really happy with the care provided, could not fault it. Front of house staff in person or via phone are always super helpful, kind, patient & personable.
