Re congestion on right side of face (sinus)

Doctor prescribed nosedrops and said he would write to K&C hospital as follow-up of original request for assessment of congestion down right side of my face, from which I had been suffering since January. Within a week I received a letter asking me to select an ENT clinic.

Bit of a wait but mainly a positive experience

The waiting room was very busy when I arrived and I waited over 30 minutes before being seen by the nurse.
When I saw the nurse she apologised for the wait. She was very thorough and informative about the vaccine I was receiving and my blood pressure reading.

Review of medication

Although my appointment was half hour late I realise it is a very busy surgery and each appointment can run over. The doctor gives you his full attention and it is good to see someone face to face.

St James' Surgery

All the staff at the Surgery are polite and helpful. Our Doctor is excellent and takes time to listen to what you have to say and then gives her suggestions and or diagnosis. Any complaints we may have had have been dealt with and sorted quickly and efficiently. Happy with the Surgery.

All Round Superb Practice
