Whilst getting the information onto the new service was hard and I needed my son's help, once this was done, the service was excellent, replies were swift and a referral was sent within 48 hours.
Really good, if only the initial information collection was easier.

Dr's appointment
I sent an anima form and was seen very quickly. The Dr has referred me, so hopefully my referral will come up quickly. Sadly I am in the state I am because I have waited in the past for 8 months for a referral and 2 years for the most recent. Both times, I have deteriorated significantly during the wait, leading to the mess I am in physically now.

Very positive experience
We had a really positive experience getting our sons' jabs done. He is autistic and we were dreading the appointment but Fiona was so welcoming and kind to him, and it made all the difference. He was even happy enough to give her a high five afterwards.

COVID Booster
Booked in with my own Drs surgery which was nice and was seen within a couple of minutes of arriving. In the past when I have had it done at a pharmacy, I have had to justify why I am allowed to have the booster but being it was my own surgery they already knew why. Can't fault the experience at all.

Hi, I wanted to reach out because I wanted to say thank you to every doctor and nurse who I've had the pleasure of meeting and speaking to regarding my health.
The first time in 57 days my pain is lower than my usual baseline.
I know each of your medical professionals have been getting frustrated with the inability of specialists to help resolve the challenges I am facing. I wanted to say thank you, it has been refreshing to have my lived experience listened to and for the care and recommendations your team have made for me. Thank you again. I am very appreciative and now feel as though there is hope my quality of life will improve. I couldn't have gotten here without the doctors and nurses and receptionists at St James Surgery.

Made a request to see Dr on the Amali for myself to ask about my ongoing nasty cold sore.
Dr Rynaki requested a photo . We did this after 2 attempts. Dr phoned me and prescribed Antibiotics.
Dr Rynaki is so nice and helpful.
This is such a help, having prescription sent to pharmacy without having to go to the surgery, taking up the time with the Dr. Also said to make an appointment if my coldsore does not heal. Thank you for all the help. Our Surgery is the most helpful and very efficient.
