Incredible dental practice which I’ve recommended to all friends/ family (including my mother-in-law who was previously very nervous about seeing the dentist). Every staff member - from receptionist, to the dentists and dental nurses are so friendly and helpful. Both my sons have been seeing the dentists here for years and actually look forward to their appointments because of the goodie bags they receive at the end of each visit, and the care, attention and patience of the dentists there (eg Josh today fielding 100 questions for my 5 year old today) - and how Noor calmer my elder soon when he’d damaged a tooth. I’m really impressed by the amount of time allocated for appointments and the invaluable advice shared. For dental care, cleans and whitening the team have been amazing. Cannot recommend this practice enough!

I’ve been seeing Josh for years now, and I honestly wouldn’t go to anyone else. He’s always professional, friendly, and makes every appointment feel comfortable. Josh takes real care with his work and explains everything clearly, so you always feel confident you’re in good hands. My teeth always feel spotless afterwards, and he’s helped me keep on top of my dental health long term. Couldn’t recommend him more highly!

Very professional as always but were running 15 minutes behind schedule. Not in any way a problem, but it would be nice to be informed of that when checking in at reception. It would help to calm patient anxiety

Lovely girl called Gemma on reception who was chatty and even looked after my shopping while I went in to see Ann who looked after me very well.

Had a consultation with Pieter Claassen this morning which I feel went very well.
To me prep is an important process in any task and therefore I had an x-ray on my jaw to see if my jaw would be ok to accept an Implant and this was followed by a 3D x-ray and I feel happy with the process which is to be undertaken.
Also I would like to mention how friendly and easy to talk to the staff is at this practice.
I went for my appointment for the first part of my implant procedure and once again great care was taken with me and the procedure was virtually painless.
I would highly recommend Calm and Gentle.
Attended again on January 21st for check up and had measurements etc taken for new implant.
Again Good service and advised that fitting will take place in a couple of weeks time!
Great Service so thankyou Pieter and Team!
I went to see Pieter on Thursday for the implant fitting and as all the other appointments it went very well and the implant fits so well and not at all uncomfortable and once again the process was pain free so thankyou Pieter and the team!
